We are excited to share an amazing opportunity for you to help impact the world for the Kingdom of God by participating in our first annual BACK TO THE GARDEN 5K!

​

We are hosting our first ever 5K Benefit Run and Fun Walk at Austintown Township Park on Saturday, August 13 at 9:00AM. This will be an awesome opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for both local charities as well as Christ-centered local ministries!

​

Your participation will help support the needs of our local community, as well as our commitment to partnerships with Christ-centered, life-giving non-profit organizations in our local area. The Kingdom organizations listed below will be in receipt of all proceeds raised through this event:

​

• Rahab Ministries (rescuing women from sex trafficking and restoring life)

• Mahoning Valley Right To Life (protecting the rights of the unborn and helping women choose life)

• Hope For Renewal/Glenwood Grounds (spreading the Gospel message through service to our local community)​

Your participation will not only make this event a success in terms of raising funds for those in need, but it will allow those in our community who are participating in the event to have a great experience and witness the love of Jesus while making a bold impact for the Kingdom of God in our community!

​

We will be featuring awards, food trucks, door prizes, and a Chinese auction, as well as various tables set up with Christian and community resources, prayer tents, and great music!  There will also be a short word from the Lord and blessing of the event prior to start! 

​

AWARDS:

​

• 5K runners, male & female, top 3 overall will receive handcrafted trophies and gift bags

• Top 3 in age groups (male and female) will receive medals and devotionals (12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)

• Kids fun race: boys and girls, top 3 overall will receive dog tags and Handel's gift cards (ages 7 and under)

Pre-registration by July 25,2022: 

5K Run - $17.00 ($25.00 after July 25 and day of race)

1 Mile Fun Walk - $12.00 ($20.00 after July 25 and day of race)

Kids Fun Race - FREE
