**Indoor spaces and tables provided are limited, first come, first serve!

Vendor (outdoor 10X10 space, bring your own table) - $40.00

​

Food Trucks - $90.00 (vendor registration, health dept. certificate, and COI required)

​

Business Advertising Only (no sales, bring your own table) - $25.00

​

**Limited resource table space for local Christian charity organizations will be available at no cost (no sales, bring your own table)

VENDOR SPACES MUST BE PAID FOR AT TIME OF REGISTRATION TO BE RESERVED!

To ensure all vendors have equal access to sales, we will be placing a limit on the number of "like" vendors at the event (i.e., two local honey vendors, two local coffee vendors, etc...) Vendors retain all proceeds from sales at the event.

PLEASE PUT YOUR BUSINESS NAME IN THE "NOTE" SECTION OF THE DONATION FORM PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AND SPECIFY THE VENDOR SPACE YOU ARE PAYING FOR. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHANGE THE DONATION AMOUNT TO THE PRICE OF THE SPACE YOU ARE REQUESTING. SPACES MUST BE PAID FOR AT TIME OF REGISTRATION TO BE RESERVED & CONFIRMED.

DONATION PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT REGISTRATION WHEN REDIRECTED TO THE PAYMENT SITE OR YOUR SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED

You will receive an email confirmation with your vendor approval within three (3) business days after submission.
