Turnaround/Contract Cleaner

• 1 - 2 years of commercial turnaround or apartment contract cleaning experience

• Working knowledge of cleaning products and protocols for specific types of cleaning/disinfecting

• Punctual

• Reliable

• Dependable

• High level of attention to detail

• Hard-working and an avid team player

 

Our turnaround/contract cleaners work as independent contractors and are essential to our business! These positions are responsible for heavily detailed exit or pre-entry cleaning to prepare apartments, homes, and rental properties of all types for new tenants. These are heavy deep-cleaning positions, so attention to detail is a MUST. Most exit cleans average between 4 to 8 hours of work and require a willingness and desire to excel at making things beautiful again!
